(a) this donation is solely made up of either surplus amounts which have arisen as part of the Lodge's/Chapter’s normal activities (e.g. dining and membership) or from a specific fundraising event and not from any other income source,

OR

(b) where any part of the money has arisen from returns on or disposals of investments (including any form of rent and property income), all amounts due to HMRC (or the relevant tax authority in the Lodge's/Chapter's jurisdiction) have been declared and paid in full, without any deduction taken for this donation.
