In England and Wales, in addition to the Metropolitan Grand
Lodge of London which has 1512 Lodges, there are 47 Masonic Provinces under
the jurisdiction of the United Grand Lodge of England (U.G.L.E.). These
Provinces vary in respect to the number of Lodges they administer. They
often correspond to the old county boundaries. |
