5 December BBC Radio 4's Sunday morning religious affairs programme
had a six minute section on Freemasonry and Christianity in which
both the Provincial Grand Master for East Kent and Grand Lodge's Director
of Communications were interviewed. Following the programme the Radio
4 web site ran a poll until Friday, 10 December. The question asked
was
Are Freemasonry
and Christianity incompatible?
The result was:
Yes = 1172
No = 13522
In simple terms,
91.3% of all who voted did so to record that there is NO
incompatibility between Freemasonry and Christianity.
