The meeting is open to all Masons and non-Masons and
members of the Craft are welcome to bring guests. It is hoped that
London members and their families will take a particular interest
in the event, which is being organized with the assistance of the
Metropolitan Grand Lodge of London. Members from the surrounding Provinces
are also being encouraged to attend.The meeting will include a short
formal report of the Council of the Grand Charity. In addition, there
will be presentations by representatives of charities who have received
grants from the Grand Charity and an update on the support being provided
to victims of the tsunami disaster. The meeting also offers the opportunity
for members of the public to visit the splendid interior of Freemasons'
Hall.There will be a reception with light refreshments served following
the meeting. A formal notice about the meeting and the Agenda papers
will be circulated nearer the time.
